The Thursday Murder Club follows a group of pensioners living in a luxury retirement community who set out to solve the murder of a property developer. Author Richard Osman revealed that Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, and Ben Kingsley will play three of the four sleuths. No release date yet.

I was a little sympathetic toward Ramona but not anymore. She must go!

We found this film to b a little slow in the beginning but got better and we enjoyed watching.give it a 7 out of 10

Unsatisfactory ending aside, I loved this absorbing and thrilling spy series. It was such a treat to see so many intriguing and varied female roles. I found Patricia Clarkson mesmerising as Gray and the laid back menace of Wendy Crewson’s character, Gold, was ever-present.

I took a while to settle into Rupert Everett’s role of Tagg but the subtle humour and slow energy added to the suspense.

I’ve read reviews bemoaning the lack of physical action compared to other thrillers. I enjoyed the lack of physical noisy fight scenes and car chases. Gray killing people with long distance shots while having a calm discussion with Sara was chilling and more thrilling than a fist fight.

Let’s hope that a second series is forthcoming. There is so much potential here.

Well this sucks. No season 5. This has been one of my favorite shows. I hope everyone lands on some other good shows ( not on cw).

Must be like a reboot of Pandora.

I didn’t even realize this was over. Such a great show and the ending worked perfectly. Yeah, we’re all going to miss this one.

I tried watching this show before but those screaming kids ruined it for me. I decided to cowgirl up and give it another go. 4 episodes in and I do like it so far, but I have a question…does the screaming ever stop???

Wow, a very sad and tragic degradation of an otherwise [previous seasons] entertaining show that very accurately depicts how capitalism can, and will so easily, be such a succubus of life. RIB A.

Update! Filming set to begin in England this summer, alongside talent like Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, and Ben Kingsley. Might be released next summer? One can only hope so.

These weird sensor readings make me think they are dealing with some sort of object that is distorting space-time, like a vortex of some kind.

I actually had a lot of trouble making it through an episode. It’s akin to listening to Kristen Stewart do a British accent; nails on a chalkboard, but this is worse. haha

Same. I ff through a lot of her commentary when she really starts to grate on my nerves. You don’t really miss much doing that. They usually repeat everything anyway

Dirty Work was the perfect closing song for this episode. So far I’m really enjoying this. I didn’t watch the last trial so all this is news to me. I’m glad I didn’t pay attention to it otherwise it would have ruined my enjoyment of this second season

Good little horror flick, fun to watch. I waited on the HD copy.

There sure are a lot if flies in Australia. Tony spends a fair amount of time swatting them away. :-)
