After proposing to Laura, Almanzo is less than thrilled when Charles informs the happy couple that they have to wait until Laura turns eighteen. After suggesting that they elope and Laura is hesitant to go along with his plan, Almanzo decides to move to Sleepy Eye. Also taking place in town, Nellie seems to catch the eye of Percival Dalton, the man her parents hire to help teach her to run a restaurant. Meanwhile, Adam and Mary run into some roadblocks in rebuilding the blind school, resulting in them deciding to move the school to Sleepy Eye. |
