The meeting has been called by three half brothers to discuss whether to keep their mother on life support, or to pull the plug and let her die naturally as possible. Toby and Francine live in New York; Marcel lives in Europe and India, and has been flown in for this auspicious and grim occasion. The ensuing meeting leaves the family’s deepest emotions exposed, and calls into question some of our absurd rites of passage, about death and life. |
