In a run-down trailer park in New Mexico, a passionate young woman and a tough, handsome drifter find inspiration in the clouds. Jude and Buddy live in trailers opposite each other and are in love. When Buddy asks her to leave with him, Jude accepts too quickly. Confronted by her wheelchair-bound father, Jude is struck with the realization that her responsibilities outweigh her desires. In her desperate search for happiness, Jude must choose between her love for a man and her responsibility to her father. |
