I starred in Darren Aronofsky’s 1st directoral project, back in 1980.It was a reenactment of Empire Strikes back while we were at P.S. 195 in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn. Me being only Black kid made me a gret Lando. Allan Lipp, now a helluva gastroenterologist, was appropriatelty Yoda. Ariel Zebloski was Chewy, who choked da shyt out of Lando. Darren Aronofsky was Luke and Eric Schneider played Han. so at age 10, Darren was already pretty much sure of what he was going to do in life. He still lives in Sheepshead last i heard. Ms Meiselman would be proud.
