I don’t understand why Alba Baptista (Ava) was cast with a US accent when she’s Portuguese. But then I’m only on ep 4—maybe we learn the reason later.
They went on a holiday in Portugal/ Spain and crashed there. It’s not really known where she is from originally. So that explains the accent. Maybe it’s different in the comics don’t know.
