kinda how i imagine humanity will go out into space, not as organic beings but as information..
this was much like ghost in the shell two i thought for most of the animation, except for that trippy world perception twists in ghost in the shell 2.. and in this one the ending is not the same obvs.. i think i like the ending of this better. i liked this even if some of it wasnt super original. great animation. scavengers reign (which is actually american but i would say french style) was so excellent, french animation has a few goldens.. the french speaking world kinda has its own world away from englishglobalbusinesscultural hegemony. personally ive found it to be more relational, in language and cultures. my two cents.. and i find that in french animation. apparently the Gobelinsā school of animation but i dunno about that, Moebius too. the characters are deep emotionally and complex and so present life differently.
