When an inventor moves into the apartment building, Mrs. Wicket transfers Mr. Bean upstairs and lets the inventor take over his flat. After a few failed attempts to outsmart the inventor, Bean sees his greatest invention and rigs it in order to make it malfunction while the inventor is downstairs calling Mrs. Wicket. When Mrs. Wicket sees his worst invention, she kicks the inventor out of the apartment building and Bean moves back to his flat. |
