They meet with a doctor who advises them to keep trying naturally, but outlines a fertility plan. Giuliana and Bill talk with friends who have been through the ovulation process, and Giuliana and Matthew plot out Giuliana's ovulation on a calendar. Bill has to fly to Indiana and Virginia (for speaking engagements) and to New York (to appear on Rachel Ray)... while Giuliana is in her prime ovulation time.
