At dawn, the lifeless body of a 12-year-old gypsy is discovered at the Bom Jesus viewpoint. The body has open arms as if it had been nailed to a cross. While the Scientific Police investigate the place, two inspectors from the Judiciary Police's homicide brigade, Maria and Jorge, try to discover the identity of the dead man, which leads them to the Enguardas housing estate, where a large gypsy community lives. Their efforts are fruitless because no one talks to them... |
