Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty are joined by four-time Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan at their cafe on Southend Pier. The hosts have tracked down Saoirse's most nostalgic dish, a Chinese takeaway she used to have with her father as a child living in New York that she's not been able to find anywhere in the UK. After contacting the grandson of the chef who invented the dish, who now lives in Taiwan, Jamie recreates this restaurant dish in a domestic kitchen. The boys also embrace their inner Willy Wonka, trying their hands at being chocolatiers. |
