Like why did he even reach to catfish in the first place???

TheAbsintheFairey 4 points 3 years ago.

Totally! I think for fame. He’s plainly fame hungry but I do hope it backfires on him and he loses lots of his tik tokers. What an A**hole!

I’m FtM, and that excuse is bullshit. Just because a person transitions, doesn’t mean they aren’t responsible for past actions.

TheAbsintheFairey 3 points 3 years ago.

Exactly! They are still the same person inside. Most ridiculous excuse I ever heard LOL ;)

In the Face of Terror (2020) S1 E1
TheAbsintheFairey 1 points 3 years ago.

This makes me so damn angry!
How can the US and UK goverments stand by and do nothing whilst all the other countries secured the release of their countrymen? It’s heart breaking, scarey and really totally needless that those lives were lost
The message I’m getting is if any of us Brits or Americans ever get captured by a terrorist group, we can kiss our asses goodbye because the governments won’t do anything to free us.

Nurses Who Kill (2016) S1 E3
TheAbsintheFairey 1 points 3 years ago.

USA Today 17 January 2020

“A former Texas pediatric nurse who had been scheduled for mandatory release after serving time for killing a child in 1981, pleaded guilty Thursday to another infant death, receiving a life sentence that prosecutors said would likely mean she will die in prison.

Genene Jones, 69, who was dubbed by local media as the “killer nurse” following the deaths of dozens of children at a San Antonio hospital more than three decades ago, was imprisoned in 1984 for killing one child and giving an overdose to another.

Jones had been scheduled for release in 2018 under a mandatory release law in effect at the time of her convictions. But in 2017, prosecutors cited new evidence and filed the five new murder charges against her.

On Thursday, she pleaded guilty to killing 11-month-old Joshua Weeks, who investigators say overdosed on an anti-seizure drug. Four other murder charges were dropped in the plea bargain, although family members were allowed to present impact statements to the court.

Connie Weeks, Joshua’s mother, said her family was “glad today that you will never see daylight as a free woman and your life will end in captivity for killing my son, Joshua.”

“I hope for you to life a long and miserable life behind bars,” Weeks said. “Goodbye.”

Fifty Shades Freed (2018)
Cece1954 1 points 3 years ago*.

I agree with you to a certain extent but this third and final chapter of the Trilogy would never have been half as good without the story development of the first and second movie. They are intertwined and need to be judged by what each one represents.
An excellent trilogy that should and must be watched consecutively (great binge watch movies during these times of social isolation)🙂

TheAbsintheFairey 1 points 3 years ago*. (Contains Spoilers)

Yes agreed, it wouldn’t have stood alone as a movie without the previous 2. Her acceptance and engagement was very smart, her mind had plainly been working on the idea of it. To be honest, he was a bit of a numpty not to have realised that was the way forward from the start.
His final comment backs up his previous statement of not being a Dom too. I think the BDSM mindset, formality and rules as a whole are far too rigid and need this type of fluidity to make it work as more than just a sexual thing in real life.
Yeah I watched the 2 final ones back to back and it’s actually thanks to you that I discovered there even was a 3rd movie made. I had no idea ;)

Fifty Shades Freed (2018)
TheAbsintheFairey 0 points 3 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

This, in my opinion, was the best of the three.
It was good that it moved more away from the BDSM stuff and did what happens naturally, balanced life around it. I mean, you don’t stop going to work just because you enter into a relationship, any type relationship.
I think the added “Action movie” sequences were a nice touch too but really just an embelishment.
All in all though, I have had comparable experiences so for the rest of it, not bad at all.

At least so far, I think this season is the best I’ve seen in forever…. All of these Allstar players are really on their game and play at a higher level than I’m used to seeing! I shouldn’t be surprised at how well they play the game- considering that they are dubbed “Allstars” who not only played before but played really well in their respective seasons. [Except for David who was booted out of the house on night 1 of last season, poor guy.] But with that said, I’m still happily surprised to see almost all of them playing at full speed ahead, right off the bat! Whoo-hooo! Lol! And its pretty darn cool to see many of them having/using some sort of BB intuition, instantly detecting when someone isn’t exactly being 100% truthful, omitting parts, knowing who’s in an alliance with whom and etc. 😂😂 All of which is amazing to me, since the house packed with platinum or basically professionak liars and manipulators! 😂😂😂 I don’t know how they all don’t go mad/insane or get so paranoid they blow up their game! Something else I find pretty cool about this season is that, for the most part, they all keep game play and personal feelings and opinions separate from one another. As I mentioned, “for the most part” haha excluding Nicole F’s and Jannelle’s petty beef or snarky comments to one another and Memphis’ condescending nomination speech when he put David up last week. I suppose what I’m trying to say, allbeit long-winded, is that this cast seems much more respectful to one another… so far.
And jeepers! I really didn’t plan on writting this much! More like ramble on! Haha. I must have too much time on my hands and been quarantined at home for way too long! 😂😂😂

Hey, what a Lovely movie, sweet, romantic and charming, absolutely delightful! It’s a treat to see a young Leslie Caron, she dances beautifully. A young Mel Ferrer too, so handsome and Zsa Zsa Gabor, wow she really was exquisite back in the day! A great film to watch when your heart needs a boost, but be careful who you watch it with.. it had me in tears 3 times! :))x
