Hard watching this ending knowing that there won’t be any more episodes.

No it was not, What about when over 300 children were saved by a Normal Englishman, and no I am not English
There are tons of incredible stories about WWII. The one you’re referring to he actually saved at least 600 children. However this movie is supposed to be about the most dramatic event in modern [Mormon] church history, which is pretty subjective.
So weird that it airs here first. A first for everything!
It is set to release at Midnight GMT on BBC iPlayer(in less than an hour from now).
Not long to go now until the new series of Doctor Who starts up finally.

if you’re interested in mediocre and predictable action with boring and predictable dialog, then this is for you.

I loved it.He did so much for molly. He made her a little house.so sweet.Great story:)
“My Octopus Teacher” is really good too in case you havn’t seen it.
Awful, contrived, horrid animation/CGI/animatrononics… plus the story is just BLAND. Ceasar’s Symbol of freedom/love/unification is NEVER touched upon or explained, leaving the story a void.
What started off well, digresses the minute Eiza González appears… then it goes down hill FAST. Unfunny, and completely unrealistic, this is the American remake of Sisu, whhich was deficient in its own ways, but this is worse! Passable, but yawnable, amusement. Thanks for the links! We would never have rented this…
The photography alone is wonderful, but cannot touch the irreplaceable importance & beauty of its subject.
Was really enjoying them film for the ‘Inglorious Bastards Vibe’ right up until the scene where apparently all senior military commanders and civil servants were telling church hill to surrender to Hitler ‘because he has more troops and bombs’. My grandfather was a fighter + bomber pilot, who also taught a lot those young pilots who died in the Battle of Britain when an monstrously huge Luftwaffe got bitch slapped by much much smaller RAF. Artistic licence is one thing but that’s an utter insult. No Brit during WWII would EVER say to surrender especially the high brass.
yep, the acting and production is all top notch..The show and storytelling draws you right in.. I hope this one goes all the way
Completely. It would be nice to get at least a 3 season in depth story arc that doesn’t paint itself into a self-derivative unimaginative lazy writing corner.
This is very interesting documentary I saw this when it came out. My Opa was in the Hitler youth in 1936 to 1940 He greatly admire Hitler right up till his death. Thanks to United Kingdom, United States, Soviet Union, for defeating the Nazis
I never found more than one or two familial objections. The anxiety doesn’t exist as much anymore. For some people, being Métis is still a secret, families don’t recognise; however, it isn’t like it was in the 1950s and 60s when I grew up. Since the 1980’s things have shifted dramatically because finally the Métis were recognised in the Canadian Constitution, Section 35. We are now becoming slowly included when land acknowledgements are given, but the Métis need to be recognised by First Nations and Inuit and vice versa. If the Métis are Indigenous, then we must be acknowledged and treated as others are treated. Women really liked, men too, but particularly women liked the poem ‘Leather and Naughahyde’ because of how the poem addresses how casually someone’s identity is brushed aside
I hope it will be good, I have doubts though..hopefully the story has some value, cgi alone does not a good movie make..
I tried to like it. Trailers threw me off. For what it is … 5/10
Don’t cheat bro. Not good. I’m not the greatest person but why hurt someone. Not ok dude.
Wow. I loved Arcadian, but then I know how diverse Nic is from The Family Man, to Mandy, to Colour Out of Space and the Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent (with Pedro Pascal in a Bro-mance) plus Renfield Valley Girls and Moonstruck and Wild At Heart, and now this… This will be outstanding…
I’ve prayed for this series ever since she first appeared on “The Good Wife.” I would love a feature movie, maybe one a year — a Christmas special? She needs a long drawn-out case to solve, where it looks llike she can’t solve it, but at the end, she finds the clue that cracks it.
I agree about the feature movie, but this premise is refreshing in a sea of complex and absurd who done its. This is not meant to be serious, it’s light, adult fare, much like the original Kolchak, Columbo, X-Files or even the [original] Looney Tunes. It’s not like UK series or even modern (wanna be serious American) crime stories. It’s meant to be clever, light, insightful, funny and ultimately, easy.
Not sure about this one and not familiar with any of the actors.
You’ll know Jim Cummings but not for his on camera work as he’s the voice of Winnie The Pooh and several other characters.
this is actually inspired by true crime events and looks a good flick and good cast added to watch list
This show is FUN and QUIRKY it’s not at all serious and definately takes the edge off a day, much like adult aimed cocktail hour shows did. Elsbeth deserves a feature length movie to demonstrate her own unique style of playing the dingbat, yet being the smartest person in the room. Unique and satisfying!

anytime i see amy ryan in something i cant help reading her as a multiverse iteration of holly flax. it’s automatic and unshakeable. am i alone in this?
Comes up as video UNAVAILABLE for me also. Youtube.com is on the approved list, not youtu.be Your link redirects to youtube.com for me, but if you’re trying to add youtu.be it won’t work.
You should be able to add this one >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6f9udj1mbE0&t=2450s with no issues.
How many of us knew about this? Outlander fans got some exciting news for Richard Rankin last year. He landed the lead role in the Rebus reboot. It airs next Friday and with Richard Rankin as Rebus, it should be good. Going on my list to watch.
Jenna Dewan (who plays Bailey Nune) is pregnant with her 3rd. So, I wouldn’t be surprised that even after giving up on IVF, she and John do become parents.
I didn’t really enjoy this episode. I like it better when the detective finds out someone unexpected did it, like the first person thought they killed them, but they weren’t dead and then someone else came along and actually killed them. This was too cut and dry from the beginning and the clues were too obvious. Maybe I’ve just watched too many detective shows, so I know how they are going to go.
I so agree with you! When it comes to crime dramas here in the US, I usually know who the killer is in the 1st five minutes. For this reason, I prefer crime dramas from Great Britain and I’m usually shocked when the killer is revealed.
probably will never recover from s3 not being renewed. worst thing ever. i avoided watching this bc i was told it was a less cooked attempt at yellowjackets and then when i finally did i would READILY trade s3 of yellowjackets for s3 of the wilds and im not sorry at all. it was going to be so major. it was already extremely major! feelings permanently hurt
For me, the wife was also a big part of what made this special. The way she supported his passion for Molly and even protected him from knowing he wasn’t Molly’s whole universe. In so many ways, this reminded me of a father-daughter relationship.
I had to laugh twice; when he announced he’d finally built their house extension and the conversation with sound effects when he was putting on the wet suit.

This is one of the most heart warming and wonderous “man and nature” stories I’ve ever seen. love otters. Will watch again.

Who doesn’t love a genius, quirky character? There is something about being that smart while standing out in a crowd that people are just attracted to. Well, in this case the character of Elsbeth is great. She is brilliant, and has a style all her own. But, the rest of this show is very disappointing. I mean, the writing is for children and the weekly mysteries are almost juvenile. I was expecting writing that like of the show Columbo. That character was incredible intuitive and yet also quirky. This show however is beyond silly; its like it was written by children for children. There is absolutely nothing intelligent about this show.
If you watched Big Bang, you know it’s coming, just didn’t know it was going to be such a slap in the face! Expectantly unexpected :(
It has a strong start. In addition to the writing & production, it’s well-cast. Edgerton is what Spacey could’ve been. He’s stepping into the territory of Tatiana Maslany of original Orphan Black, but he seems up to the task. They all are. Connelly is extremely tough & versatile, and Alice Braga is as good as her aunt, Sonia Braga.

I don’t do many feel goods, but I’m a sucker for animals.
Edit: that was freakin’ adorable.

Wow such an emotional episode! Goodbye George, it won’t be the same without you.
I think this is one of ScarJo’s best movies. I don’t know why. I just watched it again. This would be my second time watching it, and I would tell people… watch it a second time if you haven’t. There is so much you miss the first time around. 4 stars from me.
